"When people travel a long way from home they need to find some place in which to stay over night and rest. Cities and towns usually have hotels. In Jesus' time they called them 'inns'.
In Bethlehem of Judea, to which Jesus' parents returned to be counted and to pay their taxes, there was an inn."
