Every night this week from 6-8 Adeline attended VBS. She just ate this up. She is such a social butterfly. It was like being back at preschool with all of her friends. Each of the age levels had a competition of who could bring in the most food pantry items....and as you can see the kindergartners won. They each got a fun goodie bag as a prize.
After a picture slide show and fun songs we all headed outside into the heat.
Some cool snacks and drinks made it more bearable.
There was so much going on...water games, bounce house, face painting, and a lot of little game stations set up all around. The theme for the week was "thirsty". So one of the favorite games was Drip, drip, drench.....like duck, duck, goose. Each night I picked up Adeline she was soaked...with a huge smile on her face.
