Two of my oldest, dearest friends were up in
Muskegon camping while their two oldest were at camp. Last year
Rebecca was up and we were able to visit and this year
Nisae and her family were there as well. They had no problem traveling my way since I can't ride in a car without feeling sick.
Nisae and
Rebecca came over with each of their two kids while their husbands were golfing. James and Grandma were amazing watching all the kids outside while us girls stayed inside and talked. We got pizza for lunch and then the guys showed up and we all enjoyed the rest of the afternoon together. Another nice thing was that Andrew took a long nap which allowed Grandma to actually have some time to herself. Something I found funny was that Jason and
Nisae are not campers and were so tired of feeling dirty and hot and sticky and yet they are missionaries in Papua New
Guinea. Jason especially dislikes the nastiness of the showers so he was able to take one here.
Some kids look exactly like their parents and Rebecca's daughter Anna is one of them.
The kids really kept themselves busy playing great outside. Adeline did a good job sharing.
The carriage still up and running provided some entertainment.
