Birthday parties are so much fun! Tonight we went to Brynn's 6th birthday party at Kangaroo Palace. The kids had a blast. Andrew and Adeline were excited to see their friends Sophie and Maya there. Adeline and Maya went right off as soon as they saw each other. Andrew was following Sophie around and then got really mad at her when she wouldn't do what he wanted. He told her that she was being naughty and making bad choices. The truth was that she just didn't want to do what Andrew wanted to do. Then Andrew started to cry and was sad that he didn't have a friend. So Shawn, Brynn's dad came and played the rest of the time with Andrew. It was so nice of him. James and I hadn't payed to bounce so we weren't able to jump in.
This is what happens to an adult when you play hard with the kids for 90 minutes.
Brynn's mom Sara made these very creative birthday treats. They looked yummy and the kids all enjoyed them.
Of course like every party the kids are just on top of each other while opening the gifts.
