With two small kids you can't expect to stay for the entire game. So James and I didn't plan on making it until close to half time. Why, might you ask....well, because in my opinion (and the kids) the half time show is the most entertaining. And another benefit....we didn't have to pay to get in!
The lights were apparently too bright for the kids who decided to wear their sunglasses while eating popcorn.
The kids loved watching the band. I wasn't very impressed but am excited for when Adeline and Andrew are in the band and I can help choreograph the flag routines. Yes, Adeline will be a flag girl and Andrew can be in the band and play football. (still not too sure if I will encourage football yet)
And we stayed only for the third quarter.
The kids were jumping off the bleachers and we realized that we were spending our evening making sure they didn't fall and not actually watching the game. We all still left happy. It was a nice night.
