I was planning on doing a beach day with the kids today because Adeline got out at 2:00 but it just seemed a little too cloudy. Maybe it just seems too weird to go to the beach in March. Instead Adeline rode her bike and I pulled Andrew in the wagon to the park where we met our very special friends.
Adeline has been requesting some time with (just) Maya. Not at Awana, not at life group, somewhere where she can have her all to herself. I think it is sweet, this special relationship they have and was glad that today worked to spend the afternoon playing.
Beautiful day, beautiful kids.
