Grandpa and Grandma came up for a day to introduce the kids to sailing. This is Grandpa's favorite thing to do on his Friday's off. They took both kids shopping for life jackets and then we headed to North Muskegon to dock the boat.
Adeline was the first to go out. She first went in with Daddy while Grandpa pulled the sail boat. The kids didn't "actually" go sailing (that will be in a couple of years), but it was a way to get them comfortable.
Andrew went alongside screaming very loudly.

Next Adeline went all by herself in the Sunfish
Complete with the princess bathing suit and princess life jacket.
The sail kept going back and forth and we didn't want Adeline to get hit in the head so she sat in the center.

Andrew was a bit more nervous and after Daddy struggled to get his life jacket on Andrew requested Mommy take him.
He was good as long as my hands were firmly wrapped around his waste.

This is just the first time Adeline, Grandpa has big plans for your sailing career.
Later we were joined by friends who all also got rides in the the boat. I am sure Grandpa's arms were tired by the end of the day.
