It was a cold game. I think it seemed so cold because it had been so nice for the past week that this day really caught us all of guard. I should have packed gloves and a hat for Adeline and the rest of us.
Adeline played really well this game. Our team was short many players today so the girls didn't get the rest time they were all used to. I needed to encourage Adeline that when it came time to rest she needed to let someone else go so that each one got their turn. Normally once the whistle blows Adeline is the first to the bench to grab a drink and rest. I found that Adeline played much better and more aggressive the longer she was in. She played a good hard game and as you can see her brother is her number one fan!
