Adeline's Halloween Party
Me and my SuperGirl
Ready to save you from danger
Addy and her friend Defonte
The class watched a few brain breaks (dance songs) and one was to the Ghostbusters theme song. Adeline danced her sweet little heart out. She was so cute to watch. She has no fear and I just love that about her.
She even won some skittles for her great dancing skills
Addy and LeAnne
I did notice one big difference and thankfully Andrew did not know this but Adeline's party was filled with sweets and goodies while his party was filled with healthy snacks. I obviously think that healthy snacks are best but when you are a kid, you may not see it that way.
Andrew's Halloween Party
This year I went back and forth between the kids classrooms to each of their parties. There is a big difference between a first grade party and a fourth grade party. A lot of activities in the first grade party with different rotations. But for the fourth graders they had a movie and snacks. Both classes were able to dress up. I am thankful that both of my kids were ok with me coming. I hope that they don't ever reach the age where they don't want me there. At least until junior high.
Me and my Ninja
His cool spider web
While playing bingo if they won they could get these cool fake spiders. Andrew won a few times so he and his friend Aidan were comparing who got more.
Always fun to get snacks in class.

We just got "Boo'd"
So fun! There was a knock at our door and by time we opened it the buckets were the only thing there. (I may have seen our sweet Olivia hustling to the car). The kids loved it. Buckets full of fun things.
We then Boo's our neighbor Sully.....he started chasing us down the road as he came out the door and found us. We were laughing pretty hard.

Trunk or Treat
We got here early and I am glad we did. The line was through the long hall and out the door. We didn't have any extra kids with us tonight but that didn't stop our kids from from saying "trick or treat".

Pumpkin Carving
The years of pumpkin carving are becoming more and more fun the older the kids get. They aren't as afraid to get their hands dirty and feel the slimy insides.
The finished product
Pretty soon they won't be able to sit on the table.

I said I'd come back with a picture of Adeline and her fourth grade teacher. This is Mrs. Charron. Adeline adores her.

One year
This afternoon was a hard afternoon. It has been one year since Grandma passed away. She is greatly missed by us all. Today Aleisha, John, Grandpa, Dad and I all just hung out on the porch and ordered pizza. It was relaxing, laid back and comfortable. I think it was therapeutic for us all. We miss you Grandma!
Picture's with Grandpa
You never know how much time you will have with those you love. So when a time comes and you get to spend some special moments you take advantage of the opportunity to get as many pictures as you can. We don't get to see Grandpa often maybe once a year at most. We all appreciate his taking the trip up to see us. I am thankful for all of these pictures.
Grandpa and Aunt Bobbie
Grandpa and all of his Grandchildren
Great Grandpa, Grandpa, James, Adeline, and Andrew
Four generations of Bean men
At the end of our visit when James and I were heading out I realized that I am always the picture taker....I am not sure when the last picture was that I had a picture with Grandpa. Grandpa was still staying at the Bean house so he was in no rush. We were the ones leaving. He gladly came out and took this picture with James and I. Thank you Grandpa. This picture means a lot to me. I'll try to be better at including myself in pictures more often. We love you!

Refinished Piano and new Iphone
Aunt Erin was pretty spoiled this year. Grandma has worked very hard to strip and refinish a piano we found on the side of the road many years ago. And Grandpa surprised her with a new phone. She's pretty special and well worth it all.
Happy Birthday Erin!
Happy Birthday Great Grandpa and Aunt Erin
A pretty special time being able to celebrate Great Grandpa Bean's birthday and Aunt Erin together.
It was also nice to be able to skype with Aunt Betsey during this time so that she could be a part of it.
James got Grandpa a large frame to put a picture we took all together. Around the frame we all wrote special things to Grandpa.
