We spent about two hours outside today playing/shoveling the snow. The kids were both in good spirits and James and I took turns shoveling while the other played with the kids. We probably got about 8 inches which made it hard for Andrew to walk around. After we shoveled the sidewalk and some of the driveway he was able to maneuver around better.

Adeline took good care of her brother, making sure he was safe in the sled.
I pulled out some old snow cone syrup that had been sitting in my cupboard and let the kids decorate the snow. They both had a lot of fun with it.
Big girl Adeline. She loved every minute we were outside. We even went to the backyard where the kids played on their swing set.
Adeline told me to wait until she was still and had posed for the camera and then I could take the shot.
