Andrew played very hard today. He had many great defensive plays. Unfortunately after his first game of scoring 7 goals his expectations were pretty high. When the game was over and he hadn't scored a goal he came right over and started crying. So sweet, so sensitive. I really did embrace this moment because I don't get sad cry snuggles like this often but we also wanted to make sure he knew how well he did play even if a goal wasn't scored. Thankfully he bounced back just fine and we all were able to have a nice day.
