Andrew leaked through his diaper one night and the diaper came a part. All of the crystals were all over him so I wrote to Pampers and let them know my situation. They replied with an apology, a suggestion to use the next size diaper, and four coupons worth thirty dollars.
I'm glad you complained! I've known a few other people that happened to and they gave them money, too.
