Fall Carnival

This Friday night James had to work late so he was not able to come with us to the Fall Carnival.  Adeline, Andrew and I had a wonderful time together.  Once we entered the school we were immediately drawn into the cafeteria filled with different stations of games, face painting, donuts, coloring, and dancing.
Both Adeline and Andrew jumped right in line to play a game and earn some CANDY.

The big game between Michigan and Michigan State is tomorrow so Adeline got a M painted on her face.
Andrew got a spider for Halloween.
We later moved on to the gym where there were even more stations of book walks, games, and a bounce house.  Adeline and Andrew would both go over and over if the lines were short so that they could get more candy.

Adeline focused on her throwing....

And our lefty hard at work.

To end the night we sat down and enjoyed some donuts.  I had a great time with my two sweethearts.

Mall Play date...

Today the boys and I went to the mall and met with friends.  Now that we are starting to enter into cold/flu season I don't know how many more times we will go but for today we had a great time.
Connor dressed as Spiderman
The kids love this boat and were playing Pirates.  Nick is going to be a pirate for Halloween.
They also all loved to drive the car.  Between the six Mom's we had five big kids (over three), two toddlers and one baby.

We decided to eat lunch there to save on time.  The boys enjoyed their "big" pieces of pizza.  Fun time for the boys, fun time for me with friends.

The house!

We came back to Goshen for the rest of the afternoon before heading back home.  As we left it was pouring rain but I realized I hadn't take a picture of the their house.....here it is!  Very nice!  The Muskegon Beans are very happy for you!

Group Picture

Al really wanted them all to change into their State gear but Karrie still wanted picture in their current outfits. I think Karrie was right especially since Michigan defeated State this year :)

Tradition

Must always get a shot of the boys.  Have them all the way back to the day after Andrew was born and Cade was three months.

Cade and Shelby's Birthday Party

We were so excited when we got the invite to Cade and Shelby's birthday party and found out that it was the exact same weekend we were down in Goshen.  White Pigeon is thirty minutes away from Goshen so we headed there after lunch.
The theme was Green Eggs and Ham so the whole Heminger family was dressed in orange and green.  The Bean family on the other hand was dressed in all Michigan apparel just for Al.

The Cat In The Hat!

The tree

I love my trees in my backyard, don't get me wrong but I am a little jealous when it turns into time to rake the leaves (and fill 50 bags) that Josh and Bethany only have this one tree.
Brooklynn really liked to "climb" the tree.

All of the kids got into the tree and seemed to have a lot of fun.

I foresee this tree having a lot of little ones climbing it throughout the years.

Fun on the new playset

Sunday afternoon after church there was a small time frame where it wasn't raining and the kids were able to go out and enjoy the new play-set.  The kids had a lot of fun!  And the play-set is really nice. (good work Grandpa)
Adeline and Andrew trying out the swings.

Brooklynn showed be her drumming expertise.
Pictures from a distance...last step is the roof, which I think is on now.

Night time...

Uncle Josh told the imaginary story for the night and then the kids were off to bed.  And then a couple of hours later we had to separate the older kids so that sleep could be successful.

Visit to Goshen....

We all headed down to Goshen to spend our first overnight visit with the "Goshen Beans" in their new house.  Their house is very nice and cute and it fits their family very well. Brooklynn jumped right in and gave us the whole tour. (actually just me because I am the only one that hasn't been there before).
Andrew jumped right in to the play-doh.  He loved the Cookie Monster!

Gabby looked super cute with her piggy tails.
Aunt Bethany made some cookies...yum...yum..

Picture's with Grandma and Grandpa

All bundled up!

Pictures with the big girl after her game :)
And we must always get one with Andrew....he won't let us forget.

Adeline Soccer Game 10/6/12

Adeline played awesome today!  She got her fifteen kicks in, which was a goal James and I used as an incentive to help her become more aggressive.  She will now be able to go and pick out a $2.00 toy at Wal-Mart.  I am very impressed at how well she has progressed through the season.
It was a cold, nasty day to play.  Unfortunately for Grandpa and Grandma Bean this was the game they were able to make.  We had hats, coats, gloves, umbrella's, and were wrapped in blankets.  Adeline had two thick layers on but some smart Mommy forgot a hat.
I must apologize for anyone who watches the following videos.  They are great video's of Adeline, don't get me wrong.  But if you watch them turn your volume off or way down.  I am LOUD.  I am usually loud, but this takes it to a new level.  Grandpa and Grandma Bean didn't say anything but I am sure they are not looking forward to sitting next to me in the many years to come.  I don't know if it had anything to do with it being so cold or the fact that I was under an umbrella so everything is amplified.  Either way I am sorry, I hope you can still enjoy them.
