The Incredibles
I wasn't sure how it would turn out but I think I have to credit my husbands creativity. Adeline helped me iron on the logos (by standing beside me..don't worry Nana or Grandma she didn't touch the hot iron)
Here is our little violet
Putting up her force field
Mr. Incredible and Jack Jack (actually I think Andrew should have been Dash because he is so fast)
Adeline was a little scared of some of the other kids costumes
Getting candy from the lady that gave Grandma Kay some crazy bush
Mommy and Addy
Andrew just hanging out
Addy showing off all of her candy. It was pretty cold and even with three layers on Adeline had had enough after about and hour. She didn't want to go to any more houses and just wanted to go home. I asked her if we could just stop at the houses on our way back and she said..."No Mommy, I just want to go home, I already have enough candy ok". When did my daughter get so grown up?

October birthday celebration
What was going to be just a small birthday celebration for Erin turned out to be a HUGE birthday celebration for Erin, Great Grandpa Bean, and Great Great Uncle Bill Bean. James and I and the kids were planning on going to Detroit to visit Betsey in her new home. (much closer than Iowa) but then we were told that Grandpa Bean and Grandma Carol were making a visit the same weekend. And then we were told that some arraignments were made to bring the Philadelphia Beans home too. So we put our Detroit visit to Betsey on hold and made it a long weekend with the whole Bean family.
Of course the centers of attention were these two little cuties.
It has been an adjustment for Adeline to realize she isn't the only kid anymore. Everyone made to sure to give her lots of extra attention.
Fun reading time with Aunt Bethany. Once again even though I don't have a picture Aunt Bethany painted Adeline's toes. I think that is their bonding time. Adeline loves it.
We weren't sure how they would do with sharing but they seemed to do pretty good.
Betsey with Grandpa and Betsey with her "friend" Steve.
More Addy moments.
Attacking Grandpa. Andrew was a little confused with Grandpa's fleece shirt. He kept snuggling him thinking it was his blanket.
Brooke wanted to get in on the action.
Great Grandma Carol and Great Grandpa Bean got Adeline a very nice hat, scarf and mitten set for Christmas.
Special time between oldest and youngest generation Beans.
They also got Andrew a Christmas sleeper. It is so cute I can't wait to see him in it.
My time with Brooke. With each visit Brooke seems to change so much. I remember the first visit and not really being able to hold her because she just wanted her Mommy or Daddy. But this time she did much better and was able to show off her many tricks. I didn't get as much time as I would have wanted with just her but maybe next month. I think it is something about having two kids of my own to watch over :-)
