I got a call the night before from my best friend from high school saying she was going to be in town and wanted to visit. I always enjoy our times together. Angela and I have a special bond that will last forever. I love how we can get together and it seems as though time hasn't past. (except for a couple kids). Angela brought her friend Val with her and the two just loved on my kids. It was a wonderful afternoon.

Andrew crawls!
We decided to strip Andrew down to his diaper so that he could get better traction. And using his favorite book "Peek A Who?" and his big book box, he crawled for the camera! Now that I am blogging this he is crawling all over even with clothes on. Our lives just got a lot more complicated :-) Gotta go...he is climbing up the table again. Oh my goodness....

Michael comes to visit
We were able to have Michael come and stay with us a couple of days during his stay with Nana and Papa. I learned very quickly what it would be like to have three kids when Adeline and Michael went from acting like cousins to brother and sister. Kind of like a love/hate relationship. Thankfully there was more love than hate but they definitely kept me on my toes.
Some of Michael's phrases from the time spent were: "I'm a super hero", "I'm a spider monkey", "she's crying again", "she's happy now"
A fun conversation I over heard between the two was when Michael said he was a super hero and Adeline replied saying she was a super princess.
For the past couple of days since Michael has left Adeline wakes up in the morning asking if he can come back. She had a good time. I am glad she loves her cousin so much. They are going to continue building a great relationship in the years to come.
Andrew's first tooth
He wasn't as excited as we were but here is a shot of Andrew's first tooth. We thought he was actually getting teeth as early as 5 weeks old but nothing happened. Now we are for sure there is a tooth.(his bottom left...your right) I remember taking a similar shot of Adeline when she got her first tooth.

The Great Wolf Lodge
Grandpa and Grandma Bean treated us to a weekend up in Traverse City. The Great Wolf Lodge is known for its indoor water park. We REALLY enjoyed ourselves. Adeline especially loved being in the water all day and sliding down her favorite blue slide (about 100 times)
Thank you Grandpa and Grandma Bean! We love you!
