A night with friends...

I had so much fun last night...
I played with my friends the Diller's. I would like to introduce you to them. They are so funny..

Caleb D. is the one standing up. (He made me laugh) And Caleb C. is the one sitting down. Caleb C. was with us because his brand new baby brother was being born.

Cousin Claire

Saturday I got to meet my new cousin Claire.

She liked it when Mommy took pictures of her.

She had fun shoes that squeaked when she walked.

Her favorite book was a book from Grandma Bean.

She liked it so much she laid on it.

She came to visit me at my home.

We talked and played a lot.

She was so nice and energetic.

She really liked my Daddy. (doesn't everyone)

Mommy childproofed the house so Claire could go anywhere she wanted.

Thank you Uncle Bill and Aunt Delores for the wonderful day. We love you all so much and really appreciated the visit. Claire is very special.

Results

Adeline's "second", second opinion went very well. One of the Doctors comments was music to my ears. He said, "I don't plan on ever seeing you again". This might sound a bit rude but to me it was just what I needed to hear.

We will continue to monitor her head growth but there is no need for any concern.

Praise God!

Six Month Check Up

Weight- 18 lbs. 10 oz. 90th percentile
Height- 27 1/2 inches 90th percentile
Head- Still off the charts

Our Doctor has referred us to a Pediatric Neurosurgeon. She says that she is just being overly cautious. Her appointment is scheduled for February 14th at 2:00 p.m.

Our first "second" opinion was from a Pediatric Neurosurgeon in Lansing and he says that everything looks good. Just on the higher side of average. He sees no sign of anything abnormal. We are now just praying that our second "second" opinion is the same.

Recovery

Last Wednesday Daddy, Mommy and I went to visit Grandpa Forte during his recovery from an eye surgery.

Grandpa has to keep his head face down for 12 days. He lays on this massage table and has a special mirror that allows him to see the tv and whats going on around him.
He also has a special chair he can sit in. Great Grandma and Great Grandpa Forte have been taking care of him. He is doing very well and should be able to lift his head tomorrow.

Mommy brought Lasagna over (Grandpa's request) and I played with Great Grandma. She was a lot of fun.

Uncle John came over also. He always comes and grabs me whenever he sees me. I like it.

I also like his fancy hair.
